Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in supply chain planning including demand planning, S&OP or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in demand planning and leadership in planning teams within FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience in regional or global planning organisations.
• Proven experience leading a Centre of Excellence or central governance model.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Group demand planning standard with process design and data taxonomy.
• Consolidate market plans into a single group demand view and own the monthly aggregation cycle.
• Produce the Group Demand Review pack with accuracy, bias and trend analysis for leadership.
• Partner with markets, IT, and finance to evolve planning tools and governance.
