Job summary

Colas Ireland’s GPS Graduate Programme is a 2-year, fully funded international journey for ambitious Civil Engineering graduates ready to work on cutting-edge projects and fast-track their careers.

Start in Ireland with 6 months in Ireland (Dublin, Galway, Ennis or Athlone) followed by 1.5 years of international assignments across EU countries. Applicants must reside in Ireland and be able to travel; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Recent Civil Engineering graduates with a passion for infrastructure and sustainability.
• Adaptable, curious problem-solvers keen to embrace new cultures and challenges.
• Fluent in English (other languages welcome) and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and track project milestones.
