Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Project Manager on a permanent basis to lead projects in the Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Therapies unit. The role involves managing sustaining projects across functions, business units and sites, from kickoff through implementation.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 8 Hons Bachelor Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years' relevant experience, with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Level 8 Hons Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites and manage projects ranging from small to large in scope.
• Develop and implement project plans encompassing cost, schedule, risk and performance.
• Drive prioritization and execution of the sustaining project portfolio with functional managers.
