Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Community Manager to build and grow a global community of developers, customers, partners, and AI enthusiasts. The role involves crafting engaging content, planning events, and driving programs that connect Autodesk platforms with external communities.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams, travel internationally (30-40%), and support executive events and webinars. A background in B2B tech, social media, and storytelling is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Community Management, Events, Marketing, Developer Relations, or a similar B2B technology role.
• Experience building, managing, or growing professional, customer, partner, or developer communities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and translate complex ideas into compelling stories.
• Experience creating engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, or other digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and Grow Our Global Community by developing and executing engagement strategies and nurturing relationships with developers, customers, partners, and industry communities.
• Create Engaging Content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Autodesk websites, blogs, newsletters, webinars, and community channels; develop authentic success stories and thought leadership content.
• Deliver Memorable Events & Experiences by planning executive meetings, customer visits, webinars, and global conferences; coordinate speakers and logistics.
• Drive Program Excellence by managing multiple initiatives, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
