Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a German bilingual Performance Specialist to advise Mid-Market and Enterprise advertisers across the EMEA region. You will focus on performance marketing, optimization, measurement, and attribution to help clients achieve measurable business results.

The role requires analytical, consultative skills and a passion for data-driven digital advertising. This hybrid position is based in Leopardstown Dublin, with a 3-day office pattern and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, campaign analytics, or paid media.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition.
Knowledge of attribution and measurement solutions used in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

Partner with Client Partners and Account Managers supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise advertisers across EMEA.
Serve as a subject matter expert on campaign performance, optimization strategies, measurement, and attribution.
Provide strategic guidance to improve advertiser outcomes and achieve campaign objectives.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop actionable optimization recommendations backed by data and clear business rationale.
Support advertisers facing performance challenges through advanced analysis and strategic problem solving.
