Account Executive – Entrepreneur (German & English Speaker)

Based in Dublin | €95K OTE

Are you a driven and strategic salesperson fluent in German and English? Are you passionate about helping fast-growing brands achieve their goals through smart, data-driven marketing solutions? Then this opportunity might be exactly what you're looking for.

We’re hiring an Account Executive to join one of Europe’s fastest-scaling SaaS companies — a leader in the marketing automation and customer data platform space. You’ll play a key role in expanding the client base across EMEA while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close
  • Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of e-commerce and retail prospects
  • Engage with founders, business owners, and marketers — guiding them to the right solution
  • Use creative outbound strategies to connect with new leads and stand out in a crowded market
  • Work from our Dublin office 3 days a week, with 2 days remote for flexibility

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience carrying a net-new revenue quota in a SaaS sales role
  • A strong background in outbound sales, with a proven ability to close high-quality deals
  • Experience selling to marketing decision-makers and business founders
  • Fluency in German and English (written & spoken)
