What does the typical day look like:

1. Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls
2. Following up with property owners and getting commitments
3. Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovative individuals
4. Forecast, monitor and analyze results within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue growth and profitability
5. Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
6. Renegotiate and renew rent of existing antenna contracts

What are we looking for:

• Fluent in German
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
• Sales and negotiation experience
• The ability to work independently while also being a team player
