Job summary

Zurich Life Assurance plc sucht einen deutschsprachigen Sachbearbeiter, der für die Bearbeitung, Ausstellung und Betreuung von Risikopolicen zuständig ist. Die Stelle kann Teilzeit oder Vollzeit sein; im Vorstellungsgespräch klären wir Flexibilität.

Der Kandidat hat exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine starke Kundenorientierung und arbeitet strukturiert. Standort ist Dublin/Blackrock mit möglicher hybrider Arbeitsweise im Verlauf.

Qualifications

• Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau bzw. fließend in Deutsch
• Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Ergebnisfokussierung
• Gutes Organisationstalent und Zeitmanagement
• Hohe Genauigkeit bei der täglichen Bearbeitung
• Gute Computer- und Tastaturkenntnisse
• Dreifachstufiger Hochschulabschluss im relevanten Bereich
• Fortlaufender oder angestrebter professioneller Abschluss, der den Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements entspricht

Responsibilities

• Sicherstellen, dass der Kunde an erster Stelle steht
• Eingabe und Ausstellung von Risikopolicen
• Nachbearbeitung von Versicherungsanträgen
• Bearbeitung von Anfragen/Brokern per Post/Email/Telefon
• Ausstellung von Schreiben, Mails und Dokumenten an Makler

This role may be available part-time or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full-time. • Ensuring that our customers come first is a key responsibility of the role
• Input and issue of Risk policies
• Post issue processing for insurance applications
• Dealing with broker and/or queries (via mail, email and telephone)
• Issuing letters, mails and Documents to Brokers

• Fluency in German
• The successful candidate will display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You will be committed to achieving excellent customer outcomes.
• You will possess excellent organisational skills and display the ability to manage your time and workload as required, while displaying a flexible approach to your work and learning.
• You will be highly accurate in the daily processing that is completed.
• You will have good computer and keyboard skills.
• Third Level Qualification in relevant area
• Have achieved or be making significant progress towards a relevant professional qualification that meets Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements

Primary work location is Blackrock, Position is Dublin-based but occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations. Initially, due to the nature of the role full time attendance in the office will be required but over time it will evolve into a hybrid based role.
