Job summary

TOCANA LIMITED in Dublin is hiring General Operatives for our busy plastic fabrications factory. No experience is required as full training will be provided, offering an opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive environment and join a hardworking team.

You will work to the production plan, focus on yields and waste reduction, operate with attention to safety and cleanliness, and record production and quality information.

Responsibilities

• Follow the production plan for the shift and fulfill orders.

• Record relevant production and quality information.
• Ensure machines and processes run efficiently.

The Candidate

Duties and Responsibilities

• To work to the production plan provided for the duration of the shift and fulfil orders.
• To achieve yields in production with specific attention to waste/trim.
• To minimise any downtime on the shift (label /roll changes, product change over).
• Ensure that you work in a safe manner and adhere to all health and safety policies.
• To maintain the area in a clean and tidy fashion.
• To record correctly all relevant information required to production and quality.
• Ensure that all machine and processes are ran efficiently.

Hours of work:
Mon to Thursday 08.00 am to 04.15pm
Friday 08.00am to 02.45pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.00 per hour
