Dublin City University invites applications for the role of General Manager - University Programmes and Translation Services (Permanent Contract). The General Manager will report to the Company Board and CFO, leading a division with accountability for strategic direction, operational delivery and financial performance.
The role requires senior leadership experience, with a focus on growth, innovation, and stakeholder management.

Reporting to the Company Board of Directors (with day-to-day reporting to the Chief Financial Officer), this is a key leadership role within the company. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. The General Manager will be responsible for their Division within the company, including developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing all operational and academic functions, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring financial sustainability and agreed financial metrics are met.

An attractive remuneration package, including performance related payments, commensurate with experience.
Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
