Operational & Financial Leadership
We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic leader with a proven background in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service, proven leadership skills, commercial savvy and a highly organised and detail orientated Manager.
Reporting & Support Structure
The General Manager will report directly to the Directors and collaborate closely with the Finance, Marketing, and Buying Teams to ensure the store aligns with company objectives. The role is supported by three Counter Managers, each responsible for different areas of the store.
