Job summary

PizzaExpress in Ireland is seeking a Commercial Leader to run a Pizzeria, spotting opportunities to drive sales while building strong links with the local community. You will lead a multichannel business, inspire your team, and deliver KPIs.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, recruit and train a winning team, uphold quality and safety standards, and ensure exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant opportunity to shape the business and your career.

• Previous management experience in a customer-facing sector, ideally hospitality.
• Strong P&L management skills and a track record of driving commercial performance.
