Job summary

Wingstop UK is seeking a hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of one of our established restaurants. You’ll lead the team, drive sales, control costs and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll set the tone, develop a high-performing team, recruit and coach staff, and build a culture that reflects Wingstop values while achieving strong KPI results and sustainable growth.

About the Role

As General Manager of one of our established restaurants, you’ll take full ownership of the business, leading your team, driving performance, and creating a culture that delivers results.

You’ll be accountable for everything that happens in your restaurant - from delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing sales, to controlling costs and developing a high-performing team. Leading from the front, you’ll set the tone, build a strong team culture, and make sure your restaurant is operating at its best every single day.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive results, inspire your team, and keep the energy high in a fast-paced environment.
