Job summary

Z & H ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical works across projects, overseeing teams and maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires strong coordination with design and construction teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and statutory standards. The candidate should have deep expertise in electrical systems, shop drawings, and cost control, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering works for projects and ensure alignment with scope.
• Oversee project team, appraise performance, and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets for electrical works.
• Bid preparation, submission, and clarification follow-up for electrical works.
• Review design documents and provide technical interpretation for installation and shop drawings.
• Evaluate subcontractor progress claims and performance.
• Monitor construction to ensure conformity with design documents and standards.

• Leading all Electrical engineering works for the projects in the company.
• Oversee project team and appraise their performance and ensure project are completed according to project schedule.
• Prepare and monitor project, budgets for Electrical works.
• Bid preparation, submission and bid clarification follow-up for electrical works.
• Participate in the engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of the project.
• Develop Electrical works' project schedule and monitor/update as the project progresses.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation (i.e. shop drawings).
• Provide specific expertise for problem-solving electrical issues.
• Provide evaluation & assessment of subcontractor progress claim and performance.
• Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents.
• Ensure smooth completion of the project and compliance to statutory standards.
