Job summary

Wingstop Ireland is seeking a General Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver the Wingstop experience to customers. You’ll shape the restaurant’s environment, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence in line with our flavour-led culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of management experience, preferably in QSR or similar.
• Customer- and team-focused with passion for delivering a FLAVOUR experience.
• Strong leadership to drive restaurant performance and inspire your crew.
• Proactive in developing talent through coaching and leadership.
• Passion for great food and ability to bring flavours to life.

What qualities does a General Manager need to join a Wingstop?

• You’ll have a minimum 12 months of management experience preferably from a QSR or similar background
