Google Cloud is seeking a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client accounts, bridging frontier AI offerings and enterprise reality. You will write code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic workflows within the client environment, addressing data readiness and state-management blockers to accelerate production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to launch on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex AI applications, moving from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google AI products and customer live infrastructure.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules for Engineering teams.
• Co-build with customer engineering teams to ensure long-term project success.
