Job Description:

Alliance Ireland is an established Dublin based Property Maintenance Company since 1998 and we are recruiting a Gas Plumber for the Dublin area for our Maintenance Division. The successful candidate must be gas registered or recently been gas registered and have good experience on gas boiler fault finding and repairs. The position is Full-time, PAYE with an excellent salary for the right candidate, including a van and bonus, with a focus on helping us manage and expand our plumbing division. This is a great opportunity for a long-term future with Alliance Ireland as the company expands.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team carrying out work in both domestic and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate must:

  1. Hold Senior Trade Cert or National Craft Cert.
  2. Must be RGI registered.
  3. Must have extensive knowledge on boiler repair and fault finding.
  4. Have commercial and domestic experience.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaise with our estimating department and compile information for same.
  2. Project Manage small to medium size projects.
  3. Work as a team player or on own initiative.
  4. Work with other trades and subcontractors and have good organisational skills.
  5. Keep a record of time on jobs and work carried out and use the company online job management system.
