Job summary

GLENMORE FARMS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Gardener to support the upkeep and presentation of a large private estate in Ballybofey. This hands-on outdoor role suits someone who takes pride in high garden standards and works well outdoors year-round.

You will handle grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting and general grounds maintenance, report plant health issues, and operate gardening tools. Full driving licence preferred; full-time permanent position with competitive pay based on

Qualifications

• Previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, or landscaping.
• Good knowledge of plants, shrubs, and seasonal garden care.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Gardener to support the ongoing upkeep and presentation of a large private estate based in the Ballybofey area. This is a hands‑on, outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining high standards across landscaped grounds.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the estate grounds, ensuring they are well‑kept, tidy, and presentable throughout the year. This includes routine garden maintenance as well as seasonal tasks.
