Job summary

Goodbody is seeking a Wealth Consultant for Galway to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored investment, planning and lending services. You will collaborate across Goodbody to provide comprehensive wealth management and drive new business in the region.

You will report to the Head of Goodbody Private, engaging with AIB clients during ongoing relationships and ensuring alignment with client goals, risk tolerance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in Financial Services.
• Proven track record in wealth management and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
• Proven track record in delivering demanding business development targets in a safe, compliant manner.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated sales acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and investment markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the investment and planning needs of AIB-originated clients.
• Build and foster relationships with AIB Private Banking relationship managers and staff.
• Organise, attend and participate in staff and client events both in person and online.
• Interact with AIB on lending-related cases.
• Coordinate with the Goodbody Central Investment Team to align client accounts with mandates and risk profiles.
• Deliver meeting packs, investment updates and participate in annual client reviews.
