Qualifications

• Proven experience in BIM within the mechanical or electrical engineering sector.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for mechanical projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate BIM processes and deliverables.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution efforts to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and workflows.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.
