Job summary

EZ Living Furniture, a family‑run Irish retailer founded in Galway in 1998 and now operating nationwide with online shopping and delivery across Ireland, is seeking a Sales Advisor for our City East Store in Limerick on a 9‑month maternity cover starting in October.

The role focuses on selling, achieving weekly targets, using our POS, and delivering top‑class service to customers both in store and over the phone.

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced retail advisor with at least two years retail experience.
• Furniture experience would be a benefit but not essential.
• Previous achievement of sales targets will be an advantage.
• You will have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to use your own initiative, you will be hard working, conscientious with strong motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly sales targets and drive revenue for the store.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone to find the right products.
• Utilise the POS system to process orders and payments.
• Provide top-class professional service and follow up with customers.
