Job summary

EZ Living Furniture is recruiting a Giftware Sales Advisor for our Airside Store to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will use your retail experience to help customers select products, achieve weekly targets, and provide a top class shopping experience both in-store and over the phone. Strong IT skills and a friendly telephone manner are essential.

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced retail advisor with at least two years retail experience.
• Furniture experience would be a benefit but not essential.
• Previous achievement of sales targets will be an advantage.
• You will have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to use your own initiative, you will be hard working, conscientious with strong motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly sales targets in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service.
• Utilise POS system to process sales and transactions.

We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a full time Giftware Sales Advisor for our Airside Store.

The Person

• Must be an enthusiastic individual with a talent for selling, matched with a strong customer focus.
• Goal driven, ambitious with a desire to be successful.
• A desire to develop and progress within an expanding company.
• Achieve weekly sales targets, using our POS system and dealing with our customers on a day to day basis, both by telephone and in person.
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• Willingness to provide a top class professional service.
