Job summary

The Maples Group’s Irish Funds and Investment Management team seeks a Professional Support Lawyer with a minimum of six years’ PQE in funds-focused practice. The role blends knowledge management with client engagement and practice development, supporting partners and fee earners globally.

Responsibilities include drafting precedents and guides, monitoring market developments, preparing client alerts, and coordinating training with the L&D team. Flexible hybrid working patterns are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years’ PQE in a recognised leading law firm with a funds-focused background.
• Experience as PSL preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of knowledge management technology and document automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop precedents, legal guides and practice notes.
• Research market developments and trends in funds law.
• Draft concise briefings for internal teams and external clients.
