Job summary

Rehab Group in Ireland is seeking a Community Fundraising Manager to develop and lead our community fundraising strategy, manage two new Community Fundraising Officers, and collaborate with major fundraising committees, local teams and supporters nationwide. The role offers a hybrid working model, permanent status, and a salary starting from €54,135 to €73,241 based on qualifications and experience.

You will work with the Director of Fundraising and a growing team to build this income stream

Qualifications

  • A track record of and a love for building strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, committees or community groups.
  • Experience delivering fundraising campaigns, events or local fundraising activity.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a clear annual community fundraising plan.
  • Setting income targets and activity targets for the community fundraising area.
  • Mapping community fundraising opportunities across Rehab Group’s national footprint.
  • Identifying priority regions, audiences, committees, campaigns and supporter groups.
  • Building a pipeline of local fundraising opportunities.

Salary starting from €54,135 - 73,241, based on Qualifications and Experience

Job Purpose

The Community Fundraising Manager will develop and lead Rehab Group’s community fundraising strategy, manage and support two new Community Fundraising Officers, develop national campaigns, and work closely with major fundraising committees, local teams and supporters across the country.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious community fundraising officer, senior fundraising officer or regional fundraiser who is ready to step into management. The successful candidate will be supported by the Director of Fundraising and new Director of Development, a growing fundraising team, committed colleagues across Rehab Group, and strong organisational buy-in to build this income stream from the ground up.
