Job summary

The Rehab Group, with over 270 locations across the Republic of Ireland, is seeking a Programme Manager to lead strategic transformation programmes spanning P2P, Property and Finance initiatives. You will establish governance, manage budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs, you will collaborate with senior leaders, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree qualification in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Finance, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Programme or Project Management certification such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Change Management certification desirable.
• Minimum 7 years' experience leading complex business transformation programmes in a complex organisation

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of strategic transformation programmes including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Property Transformation and Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with the SLT, CIO, Finance, Procurement, Property, Operations, HR and Corporate Services leadership teams.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional programme teams and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, budgets and resource requirements.

Job Title: Programme Manager 10D Beckett Way, Park West Business Park, Dublin 12 (Hybrid Model Available) Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months, 39 hours per week Salary starting from €72,359 to €97,897, based on Qualifications and Experience.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Affairs, the Programme Manager will lead the delivery of a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes across Rehab Group. The initial focus will include the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Transformation Programme, Property Transformation Programme and Finance Transformation Programme, while supporting the delivery of other strategic initiatives aligned to the Group Strategy. The role is responsible for establishing programme governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation, risk management and successful delivery across multiple workstreams. The Programme Manager will work with SeniorLeadership Team, Directors, operational leaders, external partners and suppliers to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and achieve measurable business outcomes.
