Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Depositary Analyst to support the delivery of deposits oversight across a portfolio of investment funds, performing monitoring, due diligence support, issue investigation and regulatory oversight in line with applicable requirements.

You will work closely with Depositary Managers and Subject Matter Experts to ensure investor protection and safekeeping obligations are met while maintaining a robust control environment and preparing client reporting and

Responsibilities

• Depositary Oversight: Perform assigned oversight activities in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Review fund activity and oversight outputs to identify exceptions, irregularities, breaches or risks.
• Investigate exceptions and obtain supporting information from fund service providers and clients.
• Escalate issues promptly per escalation procedures.
• Support ongoing monitoring of investment, valuation, cash flow and safekeeping controls.
