Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Dublin is seeking a Junior Fund Accountant to support daily NAV calculations and fund accounting activities. You will also assist with cash, custody and income reconciliations and process trades and security transactions.

The role offers exposure to a diverse range of funds, clients and global markets. A degree in accounting/finance and 1–2 years’ experience, with a genuine interest in financial markets, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance/economics/investments or related discipline.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred, including strong graduates.
• Genuine interest in financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily NAV calculations and fund accounting.
• Completing cash, custody and income reconciliations.
• Reviewing investment prices, FX movements and exceptions.
• Processing trades and security transactions.
• Supporting financial and regulatory reporting.
• Assisting with annual and interim financial statements.
• Gaining exposure to a diverse range of funds, clients and global markets.
