About the Role

In a luxury retail environment, you will be part of the store team, sharing passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues. You will lead by example and practice PVH Values, inspiring your team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effective cross-selling to drive business.
• Build outfits for customers, make product recommendations, and drive store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador with a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
• Show flexibility and innovation in response to changing business conditions, especially during peak trade.

• Have previous experience within hospitality/retail.
