Qualifications

• Experience in community pharmacy or retail is preferred.
• OTC experience is preferred for this role.
• Outstanding customer service skills are essential.
• Must be enthusiastic with a positive attitude to work.
• Full-time contract with flexibility to work weekends & evenings.

Responsibilities

• Managing pharmacy stock including general merchandising and administrative duties.
• Support and advise customers with queries and over the counter products.
• Be customer focused with excellent customer service skills.
• Engage actively with customers and provide quality customer service.
• Work effectively as part of the Pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable.
