Job summary
Be Independent Home Care Ltd seeks Home Care Assistants to deliver compassionate, client‑centred care in Trim and nearby areas. This is a full-time position for drivers who will provide essential home care services with support from a dedicated care manager and nurse leadership.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 QQI modules in Care Skills & Care of the Older Person or equivalent, or 1 year paid care experience.
- Cheerful, caring, positive and dependable.
- Have suitable references, permission to work and fluent English.
- Own car and full license.
Responsibilities
- Provide home care assistance to clients in Trim and surrounding areas.
- Work under supervision with care manager and nursing team.
- Complete full induction and ongoing training as part of the role.
- Maintain accurate records and report changes in client needs.
