Details

Duties will include: To ensure the delivery of a high standard of customer care and service is provided at all times in every area of the business in the Icon Spa.

Duties will also include:

  • To ensure new staff have had adequate training to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
  • To ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa area, treatment rooms, and implements that are required to perform treatments should all reach health and safety levels.
  • Stock control, including the ordering of retail and salon products, should be carried out on regular occasions.
  • Developing promotional opportunities to maximize the business potential.
  • Rostering adequate levels of staff in conjunction with the manager.
  • To liaise with the manager on a weekly basis with regard to any issues/incidents that may occur in the Spa.
  • To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay from all departmental personnel.
  • To assist in empowering, encouraging, and promoting employees to make on-the-spot guest satisfaction decisions.
  • To assist in ensuring that all staff are trained and fully aware of 100% guest satisfaction and to implement agreed practices at all times.
  • To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • To assist in ensuring all guest profiles are updated and maintained.
  • To promote the Icon Spa, Life, and Time where possible.
  • To assist in achieving complex and departmental goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment cards, and to assist guests at all times.
  • To report on all guest feedback to a Manager.
  • To carry out Customer Relations Policy.
  • To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required.
  • To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these.
  • To ensure that the guests' needs and requirements are met.
  • To anticipate guests' needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance guest satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Must have previous experience.
  • Must hold an ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO qualification and be qualified in both face and body treatments.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Take pride in their appearance and keep up to date with the spa industry.
  • Be enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about the beauty industry.
  • Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest possible standard.
