Zohorecruit is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for a Nursing Home in North Dublin. The role requires EU/EEA citizenship or current right to work in Ireland and offers permanent, full-time employment with 37.5–39 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year elder care experience, QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (or Nursing/Allied Health degree), Garda Clearance, and fluent English. Fully funded QQI Level 5 training is available for successful applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Support holistic care upholding residents’ dignity and equality
• Assist with activities of daily living (washing, toileting, dressing, dining, social engagement)
• Maintain privacy and encourage independence
• Provide assistance to residents with reduced mobility
• Follow care plans and report changes to nursing staff
• Report incidents or risks affecting health/safety
• Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors
• Communicate clearly with residents and families
• Support and enhance resident activities and events
