Job summary

PATHWAY TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT LIMITED is currently recruiting Full Time Educators to join a fun and energetic team in a full day care setting, caring for children ages 0-12. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with FLEXIBLE start dates for roles currently hiring and for 2027.

Successful candidates will support and assist in providing an enriching learning environment that promotes our emergent play-based curriculum while adhering to regulatory standards, including Aistear and TUSLA.

Qualifications

• Minimum Fetac Level 5 in Childcare OR equivalent.
• Ability to look after children in a loving & caring manner.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to implement quality early childhood curriculum & creative skills to develop age appropriate activities.
• Good working knowledge of the Aistear curriculum.
• Understand & follow TUSLA regulations.
• Naturally warm and respectful towards children and their needs.

Responsibilities

• To complete daily responsibilities within your job description
• Support children within their environment promoting their holistic development
• Attend staff meetings and to continue CPD through training opportunities
• Complete observations and learning journals
