Job summary

Accenture PLC in Ireland is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to stay hands-on while shaping the technical direction of enterprise-scale applications. You will guide standards, ensure solution quality, and drive delivery across the full development lifecycle, leveraging AI-assisted engineering.

You will build with .NET Core, C#, modern front-end frameworks, and Azure services, design RESTful APIs, implement CI/CD, and mentor a team to meet ambitious performance and security goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams or workstreams, influencing stakeholders and delivering across priorities.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders while guiding delivery.
• Significant full-stack experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs and a modern JS/TS framework.
• Strong experience with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, API Management, Key Vault and Azure SQL.
• Strong understanding of secure software architecture, automated QA, performance engineering, observability and operational excellence.

• Own your workstreams end-to-end, from design through to production, keeping risks and dependencies under control.
