Fidelity Investments seeks a Software Engineer to join the Digital Platforms Technology team in Ireland. You will design, develop, test, and deliver business-critical applications and services, collaborating with product partners, quality engineers, architects, and leaders to build scalable and secure solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building web applications or services using modern technologies.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design principles, and development best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted engineering tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and support software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in technical design discussions and solution implementation activities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and apply engineering standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting defects, production issues, and technical challenges.
• Contribute to application performance, reliability, accessibility, and maintainability improvements.
