Contract type: Permanent

We seek qualified lawyers at all levels with prior experience in financial services regulation in a recognized practice.

Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified solicitor or barrister, admitted to practice law in Ireland, with experience in financial services regulation law.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish financial services legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience advising clients on compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to professional integrity.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Advise and represent clients on financial regulatory issues, including authorizations, outsourcing, conduct of business, and prudential roles.
  • Develop strategies and legal documents to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues.
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to develop compliance programs.
  • Stay informed about industry developments.
