Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is looking for a delivery driver in Ireland to bring frozen meals to customers. The role runs 24 hours per week across 3 out of 6 days, with a €15.50 per hour rate. You will work in a -20°C coldstore environment; protective clothing and hot drinks breaks are provided.

You will use our app to update deliveries, deliver excellent customer service, and collaborate with the office and picking teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role.
• Full manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers on time.
• Pick orders in the coldstore.
• Use the app to update deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Carry out pre-shift van inspection.
• Drive safely and within the law.
• Coordinate with office for delays or discrepancies.
• Support the office and picking teams as needed.
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers.
