Job summary

BaxterStorey is hiring a Front of House Manager to lead and develop a catering team, ensuring outstanding service across events and daily operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate service flow, and curate an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate the team, manage logistics for events, and drive continuous improvement in service quality. 40-hour weeks with varied shifts on offer.

Job description

Title: Front of House Manager (Catering)

Hours: 40 Hours

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, with morning and evening flexibility

Rate of Pay: €17.50 per Hour (plus an hourly enhanced rate for PM shifts)

Job Description

Job Description:

• Supervision and Training- recruit, train and supervise catering team, including chefs and support personnel
• Quality Control- monitor food quality, presentation, and service to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Logistics Management- coordinate delivery, set up and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies. Oversee the flow of events, including food service, beverage distribution and guest interactions. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Customer Service- foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback fromclients to continuously improve catering services.
• Health & Safety ensuring compliance across all services and creating a good safety culture within the team.

• Previous experience commensurate with role
