Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a Process Executive based in Dublin for a full-time role. The candidate will manage mutual fund data, research using internal systems, and build client relationships.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related fields and be fluent in English and French. Strong Excel skills (including VBA/Macros) and keen attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English & French language.
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA and Macros are a plus).
• Background in equity markets space.
• Speed and accuracy in data processing with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Demonstrable research and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding funds into the client portal.
• Extract reference data from documents (e.g., annual reports, prospectuses).
• Verify and update mutual fund corporate actions (e.g., dividends, mergers, liquidations).
• Participate in time-sensitive global projects and initiatives.
• Take ownership and actively manage key areas of responsibility.
