Job summary

FT Workforce is seeking an experienced Formworker for a temporary position in Adare, Co. Limerick, Ireland. The role requires strong formwork experience and a solid understanding of site safety practices.

Responsibilities include constructing and installing formwork, reading drawings, measuring materials, and coordinating with other trades to meet deadlines on a busy construction project.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Formworker on construction projects.
• Good knowledge of formwork systems, tools and construction methods.
• Ability to read and follow construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Relevant construction qualifications and valid site safety documentation, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble and install formwork for concrete structures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut and position materials accurately.
• Ensure formwork is secure, correctly aligned and ready for concrete pouring.
• Strip and remove formwork safely once the concrete has set, as required.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Work effectively with other trades on site to meet project deadlines.
