The role requires a minimum two years forklift experience, a valid forklift license, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and paperwork. It is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probation, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-use checks on vehicles/equipment; report issues per procedures.
• Report load discrepancies, damages, shortages, or overages promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment per H&S procedures.
• Complete required training and comply with company policies.
• Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and accurate handling and transportation of goods, while following safe driving practices and complying with Company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Contract Type: Permanent (6-month probationary period).

Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm or 3.00pm-12.00am, Monday - Friday.

Location: Blakes Cross, Lusk, Co. Dublin, K45WY42.

Key Duties of the Role

• Carrying out a range of warehouse and operational duties including order picking, packing, checking, loading, unloading, and scanning in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.

• Completing relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring records are maintained in accordance with Company procedures.

• Conduct pre-use vehicle and equipment checks, reporting any defects or issues in line with Company procedures.

• Report any load discrepancies, damages, shortages, or overages promptly and in accordance with established procedures.

• Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to Health & Safety procedures and keeping work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards at all times.

• Complete all required training and maintain compliance with Company policies, procedures, and standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

• Promote a positive and collaborative working environment.
