Job summary

Motago Ltd is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in the Blanchardstown area. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of warehouse experience, hold a valid forklift licence and a full driving licence, and be committed to a long-term career with a growing company.

Key duties include loading/unloading deliveries, operating forklifts, picking and packing orders, maintaining stock records, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance/Reach Truck preferred).
• Full, clean Category B Driving Licence.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety procedures.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Operating forklifts to move, stack, and organise stock.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Assisting with stock takes and general warehouse duties.
• Delivering excellent teamwork and supporting colleagues when required.
