Job summary

Applegreen Forecourt Attendant role at our busy roadside sites offers the chance to be the face of our hospitality team. You will greet customers warmly, assist with their needs, provide information on services, and help with fueling while upholding safety standards.

You will maintain a clean forecourt, monitor for hazards, support colleagues in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering friendly, efficient service with development opportunities within Applegreen.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail/forecourt environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assist with their needs, and provide information on services and promotions.
• Assist customers fueling their vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Keep forecourt area clean and tidy, including pumps, parking areas and waste bins.
• Monitor forecourt for safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Support in ensuring security and safety of premises and customers.

As a Forecourt Attendant at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

What will I be doing as a Forecourt Attendant at Applegreen?

• Greet customers warmly, assist with their needs, and provide information on services and promotions.
• Assist customers who are fuelling their vehicles, ensuring safety and protocols are followed.
• Ensuring the forecourt area is clean and tidy, including pumps, parking areas and bins.
• Monitor the forecourt for any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Proactive in ensuring the security and safety of the premises and customers.
