The Wendy's Company in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant. You will prepare orders, operate the cash register, and help keep the dining area clean and stocked. No experience is required, and applicants must be at least 16 years old.

We value good communication, reliability, and a team-oriented approach to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Flexible shifts and training provided.

Competenze

• Knowledge of computers and/or cash register systems helpful.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork are important.

Mansioni

• Ensures all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area.
• Prepares, portions, and serves hot food orders per customer requests.
• Stocks, portions, and serves beverages.
• Operates cash register according to cash operations policies.
• Takes orders from customers, interfaces with customers and provides quality service.
• Preps store for opening.
• Closes store (restocks supplies and cleans up facilities).
