Job summary

CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a Food Production General Operative for G+G Ireland on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will reheat and prepare meals, ensuring temperatures and service times are met.

Qualifications

• Previous food production or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Available to work part-time across mornings as listed.

Responsibilities

• Safely reheat and prepare meals.
• Ensure all meals are served at the correct temperature and within service times.
• Follow strict food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety practices.
• Keep preparation and service areas clean, tidy, and compliant with regulations.
• Assist with unpacking deliveries, storing food correctly, and stock rotation.
• Work to daily schedules and production targets set by your Supervisor/Manager.
• Undertake other kitchen or service duties as required to support the team.
