Killaloe Hotel & Spa is a 4-star boutique hotel focused on customer service & guest experience. We have a busy spa & rooms department, and we are looking to expand our food & beverage team. Our facilities include a lively bar & restaurant, O'Briens, a cocktail bar, a private dining library, and a ballroom. We are seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our young, dynamic team. Experience in a hotel or busy bar & restaurant is preferred.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the operational and financial aspects of the Food & Beverage department. This hands-on role emphasizes guest service, team training, and daily operational leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising all food and beverage outlets in the hotel to the highest standards.
  • Supporting and supervising hotel events to ensure exceptional service.
  • Greeting guests warmly and maintaining excellent service throughout their stay.
  • Assisting with training new staff members.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of meals and beverages meeting quality standards.
  • Daily supervision of bar, restaurant, and conference & banqueting operations.
  • Leading and directing service in all outlets.
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sales Manager on promotions and menus.
  • Continuously improving food & beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
