Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting for a senior role in a luxury hotel in Dublin for a Food & Beverage Director. You will lead and inspire the F&B operation across outlets, banqueting, events, room service and bars, reporting to the General Manager.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue and ensuring luxury standards, with a strong emphasis on cost control and safety compliance. A competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years senior Food & Beverage management within a five-star hotel.
• Leadership of multiple outlets and large banqueting operations.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• HACCP and Food Safety knowledge.
• Hospitality management qualification (or equivalent).

About Your New Employer

An Irish owned luxurious 5 Star Hotel set on 4 Acres located in Dublin South is looking to recruit an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead and inspire the entire Food & Beverage operation.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while driving commercial success, operational excellence and an uncompromising commitment to luxury hospitality standards.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage outlets, banqueting and events (both Indoor and Outdoor), room service, bars, restaurants, kitchens (in collaboration with the Executive Chef), and all associated support functions.

About Your Director of Food & Beverage Job:
