Job description

We are recruiting for the role of a part time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our breakfast team in the Cork International Hotel located in Cork Airport Business Park.

The main duties will include:

  • Serving food & beverages to guests in the bar either table service or bar service
  • Making time to engage with and chat to guests, giving advice on local attractions, facilities in the hotel.
  • Helping other team members, working as part of a team for set up, service and close of service
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure the guest dining experience meets their expectations
  • Opening the bar and restaurant for the days business and making sure it is stocked appropriately
  • Cleaning of bar and coffee areas

The ideal candidate:
