Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner
• Ensure work areas are set up and stocked according to the business requirements
• Be fully aware of any menu updates
• Work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through the various areas of the Food and Beverage Department if required
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Provide support in other areas of the business if required to do so
• Store all stock in a safe manner
