Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and promotional initiatives to maximise revenue.
  • Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with brand standards.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets and drive profitability through effective cost control.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and other key stakeholders to optimise offerings.
  • Act as Duty Manager when required, representing the hotel with professionalism.
